Influencer Marketing Campaign Coordinator

Location: remote, global

Experience level: associate, 2+ years

Type: part-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and analyze data; evaluate the results of advertising campaigns.

  • Maintain and update a database of potential influencers while cultivating strong relationships.

  • Generate initial lists and comprehensive reports on campaigns, influencers, and key performance metrics.

  • Manage outreach, negotiations, follow-ups, and procurement processes with influencers; facilitate communication as per the requests of clients.

  • Review, translate, and edit briefs and scripts.

  • Create and oversee task lists for influencers, ensuring compliance with guidelines and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or influencer-related fields, with a proven track record and up-to-date knowledge of successful influencer campaigns, including processes and platforms.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills for interpreting data.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pop culture-savvy: A deep passion for influencers, celebrities, and social media.

  • Comprehensive understanding of all major social platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and how influencers engage on each.

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

  • Multilingual ability is a plus.
